Slitting Machine Operation Produce

Slitting machine is specialized in cutting jumbo roll into small smalls,such as paper,plastic film like BOPP,OPP,PVC,PET,adhesive label,aluminum foil,etc.

1 - Operator must be trained before working,and familiar with different kind of slitter rewinder operation,machine performance and normal maintenance.

2 - Prepare the auxiliary tools and materials(such as blade adjustment tools,paper carton,paper core,paper cutter,tape,etc) to put in a suitable place.

3 - Make sure machine is in a safe condition,turn power on and check the electricity circuit if it is ok,trial operation of this machine,check the electric,pneumatic and mechanical device properly work or not,mechanical protection facilities is perfect or not.Avoid scratching or crushed into the rotation gear,chains,roller when operation.

4 - Blade Adjustment: it is adjusted as your slitting width,pay attention to the direction of blade edge.If necessay,put the lower blade down to re-arrange.If blade is not sharp,it should be repaired or replaced in time.

5 - Survey the static elimination facilities and gound connection to make sure paper static is eliminated when operation.

6 - Be careful when loading material.Material is pushed into proper place to inflate and pay attention to material rotation direction can’t be reversed.

7 - Feeding & Edge Tracking: To feeding material in the set direcetiono from unwinding to rewinding,and adjust rectifying position.

8 - Put prepared paper cores on rewinding shaft and point to slitting width straightly.If it is required adhesive stickers,it must be pasted.To set proper unwinding and rewinding tension to slit and rewind.

9 - When unloading finished rolls,hand and take down finished roll from air expanding shaft.If it is inkjet material,you must wear gloves so that no fingerprints on products.

10 - Pls turn off the power after stoping to work and clean the machine.

11 - It should stop working when problems are encountered during operation,if it can’t stop,must be carful to deal with.
